The health and safety of our clients, employees and communities in which we work have always been important to us. In light of the current COVID-19 emergency we have enhanced our cleaning and sanitization processes and
procedures for surface areas and individuals. All staff are required to sanitize their hands. We are currently seeing clients on an appointment basis only through both in-person and virtual means.
We support flexible work and virtual meeting options for those employees who can work from home to avoid exposure.
For our service and site-located employees where working from home is not an option, we are ensuring that these employees are self-monitoring and reporting to management daily on medical status and surveying for symptoms in
addition to; practicing social distancing, washing hands regularly and keeping supervisors informed of any developments.
As we look to increase our services and open our doors for job seekers and employers, we ask that you follow our guidelines. If you are visiting our offices for an appointment, please ensure you are also following the
safety practices outlined in each location and suggested by Public Health Officers in both BC and Alberta. This will include washing your hands, sanitizing your hands, and respecting social distancing rules, in some cases
it may also require the use of face masks. We ask that if you are not feeling well, to please reschedule for a virtual appointment or rebook your appointment for when you are feeling better. If you are not feeling well or
showing signs of illness you will be asked to leave our office.
The situation is being closely monitored and we are taking direction from the Various Public Health Ministers. If you are requiring support, please call the centralized toll-free phone number 1-877-564-3545 to find out if
in-person services are available or if the Kopar office is closed and providing service virtually. Our staff are still working and are available to assist clients and employers with their employment needs, though the
delivery method may have changed. Speak to one of our staff for further direction on how to access virtual services.
